We at ZechServer want you to be fully satisfied with any product or service you purchase from us. If you happen to have any questions, concerns or problems or need clarifications, please do let us know and we would reply to you promptly. We operate a 30-day refund policy for our shared web hosting services and our reseller hosting services. This scheme is meant to ensure that you always get value for money by assuring you of a refund of your money if you are unsatisfied with any of the above-mentioned services you have purchased from us.

If you decide that your purchase of our product was not the right decision, we would want to help make things right. Within 30 days after you have purchased our product or service, ZechServer would refund you the full price you paid upon written request. Do provide a clear and detailed explanation of why you’re not happy. We do not provide any refunds after 30 days.

This policy is effected and implemented if the following criteria are met:

  • You submit an account cancellation request by logging into your account.
  • This request must come within the first 30 days of purchasing the service you intend to cancel.
  • You must not already own another account nor have previously owned an account with us. That is, the account you are cancelling must be the first and only account you have owned with us. Subsequent accounts you register do not qualify for the refund policy.
  • Your account must not be found to have violated any of our Terms of Service.

How to cancel your account

  1. Log into your account and click the ServicesMy Services menu option in your account dashboard
  2. On the View Details button beside the product you want to cancel, click Request Cancellation
  3. Enter your cancellation reason in the form provided and from the Cancellation Type dropdown menu, select either Instant or End of the Billing Period to either cancel the service immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle.
  4. If you also want to cancel the domain associated with the service (if any), check the I confirm I do not want to renew this domain again checkbox before clicking Request Cancellation to complete the cancellation request. Note that this step will only disable auto-renewing the domain and will cause it to expire at the end of the current registration. It does not delete the domain.
  5. After we review your request, you will receive a confirmation of cancellation email which you will need to reply to. We will then request your account details via which the refund will be made.
  6. The refund might take anywhere from 5 – 10 working days.

Scope of Refund Policy

This policy is effected and implemented only for the previously mentioned services, that is, Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting. It does not cover Domain Name Registrations fees, Bank Charges, Custom Service Purchases, Third-Party Software Installation fees, Administrative fees, Virtual Private Server (VPS) Hosting, and Dedicated Server Hosting fees.
